Here’s a few more Christmassy & gifty things I managed to produce in time for Xmas 2012
Really easy to make this hanging, it’s a printed cotton panel bought for 80p from local sewing shop backed with plain fabric. Sewn 3 sides & stuffed & a row of stitching under each little picture. Add a hanging loop & bell, super fast decoration, I made another for my mum.
I also had a crazy idea to make each of my work mates a small Christmas dec to go with their Christmas cards…18 in all!
They actually didn’t take too long too make & could be done with scraps. I made a paper template & used it to cut two felt pieces
Using cream embroidery silks I blanket stitched these together & stuffed lightly. Finished off with gingham ribbon, a shell button & a metal “made with love” tag.
